Department of Dentistry at District Hospital, Kargil provides complete dental care to children and adults with complicated dental problems, including maxillofacial treatments, as OPD cases or under general anaesthesia. Expert dentists and specialists make sure every patient gets best in class treatment. With in-house digital X-ray called RVG and 3D X-ray facility, known as Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) Scan, allows to precisely diagnose all problems and devise treatment strategies. The department delivers comprehensive treatment for teeth and oral cavities, traumatic injuries, early childhood caries, cleft lips and palate, maxilla / craniofacial deformities and other genetic malformations that demand a multidisciplinary approach unique to the department.
